Query to display two columns data in single column

Hello ,

I have a table with two flags.

Table A

Id   first_flag      second_flag

1   y                         n

2   n                       y

3   y                       y

4   y                      y

i want to display the data like below

id 1 ----------- flag1 (first_flag ='Y' )

id 2 ----------- flag2 (second_flag =y)

id 3 ------------ flag1, flag2 (as both flag are Y)

id 4 ----------- flag1, flag2 (as both flag are Y)

can any one please help me out?
