Query to display row once in column value

Hi,

My table data like below.

Expected O/P like below.

aaa db1 gdb1 open no

aaa db1 gdb2 open no

When Im trying with group by or partition column values are repeated(for ex aaa is displaying for all 3 rows).Any idea pls...
