query to check running database processes

Hi,

Please help. I am investigating an issue on our database server today and I need to know the processes/jobs/queries that were running on the database between 12:30 and 4pm today.

It is an 11.2.0.3 database. For some reason my EM page is not loading and so I have to do this from sqlplus. Could you help me with a query to use please?
