query / store Oracle license details

All,
I am in the following situation. I have a lot of databases up and running.. some running on a processor license and some a named user license. Currently I am forced to detail all this information in a custom administration tool. I do however want to get rid of this and I would love to store it somewhere (if not already possible) in the database or in Oracle Enterprise Manager.

Any knows if Oracle Enterprise Manager or the database itself is keeping track of your license details so I can query and report on it. If not, anyone has already build a solution for this?
