Query (Select) that return TRUE or false

Hi

I Need to do a query that return true or false
SELECT TRUE INTO v_Envia_Maplink
FROM SNCDE, SNAPL
WHERE SNCDE.CDESEQ = OLD.CDESEQ AND
         SNAPL.APLCFJSEQ = CFJSEQ_VR AND
         SNCDE.APLCOD = SNAPL.APLCOD
How can to do it ?
