In 19c (19.16.0.0) I am creating a set of scripts to manually create a container database (with a PDB Seed). All is well but when I run the CATCDB.SQL script I only seem to get the core components - like Catalog View, Packages XML DB and Workspace Manager. The documentation advises that all components are installed (like when DBCA is run) - but my example isn't doing that - and isn't installing components like Java, OLAP, Oracle Text. Any advice from anyone who has scripted creating Multitenant DB's?
