Query in a system view if a table is being used or Modifiedd

ALEXCOLDec 7 2022

Good evening, I need your help please
In mot a DBA, in a Production Process a Process failed executing updating and inserting into 2 tables, WE asked our provider to solve this issue, they said the process failed because there were running some other sesions in a Database that were using those 2 tables, but they could not identify where they came from, that we must ask our DBA; after that, our DBA could not identify which sessions because there were hundred between active and inactive sessions.
After almost 4 hours and several failed tries, we launch the last and successful one.
But I would like to know if there is a query in a System or catalog view that identfifies whom or which sesion is modifying those 2 tables? So by the time we identify the session we could find the responsible or kill the process
The oracle version is 11
I appreciate your help in advanced
