Query for Dependents detail information
673674Mar 10 2009 — edited Mar 11 2009Can someone give me a query to get Date of birth for dependents? What I am trying to do is to get a report with employees employee and the list of dependents with date of birth of the dependents.
These are the fileds I would like to have on the report:
1. Employee Name
2. Employee Number
3. Plan Type Name
4. Dependent Name
5. Dependent Date of Birth
6. Dependent Relationship
