Query - CPU Usage by minute

Hello all,

Is there a query I can use to find how much CPU it is using by minute ? The database is part of the large DBAAS infrastructure and I have 8 CPU's allocated.. I cannot gather this info from AWR as it averages out for the time period..

For eg : when I start my load, for the first 2 mins, the CPU might be 90% of the allocation but it might gradually go down from 3 min onwards..

Is there a view that tells me real-time CPU usage for the database ?
