Query Builder Performance

Hi,

using win 7 64bit, db 12c, sql developer 4.1.3 x86.

It takes about 30 seconds to drag a table to the query builder. Is this normal?

I disabled almost all tools>features. Sql developer responds well in general but query builder does not.
