Quality icons for UI development?

Hi

I'm looking for a set of quality icons (something like the latest NetBeans icons would be great) for use in a UI development. I've had a look at the standard Java icons, which I don't find to be particularly clear / colourful / useable.

Specifically, I'd like to have icons for the following actions:

- Logon
- Logoff
- Quit (exit client)
- Export Data
- View Change Logs
