[QMNC] have used many CPU Util%

when I used 'top' command .

PID USER PR NI VIRT RES SHR S %CPU %MEM TIME+ COMMAND
26391 oracle 16 0 7306m 25m 21m R 81 0.2 23:23.01 oracle

and I found QMNC process

$ ps -aef | grep 26391
oracle 26391 1 66 10:32 ? 00:23:51 ora_qmnc_BEDB4
$ ps -aef

But I haven't used Oracle AQ.

I don't know How can i resolve CPU many Util%
