QlikView vs olap

Hello all,
I am data warehouse architect fully believe in cost, time associated with good dimensional DW design, I was attending a seminar with title of "Is This the Death of the Data Cube"?
Regarding software which is called QlikView and in their demo they showed how to build a BI report without having any cube or dimensional data design. Also claim that data cleansing is done too.
What is your take on this have you had any experience regarding this software?
