QFS & SAM-FS + non-Sun disk storage?

Does QFS & SAM-FS care what FC-attached disk storage system it is accessing?

In particular, we are considering using QFS and SAM-FS but need to know if it will work with Network Appliance fiber SAN-attached storage?
