QA / QC of oracle Forms, Reports & PL/SQL

Hi All

Can anybody please give me an idea about Quality Assurance of Oracle related products ?

Lets suppose we have designed an application through Oracle Developer Suite, we want to perform its QA and QC. Which tools we will use ? Furthermore, we want to perform black box and white box testing, how we will perform it ?
