[Q] TCP layer source code

Hi people,

I need a single TCP layer to transmit pkts from both upper and lower layer in my own application.
I don't know if and how I can get and use Solaris's TCP code.
Instead, I get a free TCP source code from somewhere, which can be used in Solaris, but I haven't found it yet.

If you hapen to know it, would you please let me know.
