Wonder if this is a silly question: I'm thinking what the difference is between Python and APEX. Based on that we have Oracle Enterprise 11g, both these are free. Then not considering learning curve, under what kind of situation/scenario, we should choose one of them as the tool to plot the data? Thanks.
