PWS98 - ODBC - Internet - Oracle9i

I have three problems or better questions to ODBC. I try to connect a Win98 standalone computer with Win98 personal web server PWS and ASP sites to an Oracle 9i database server over ODBC and internet (ADSL phone line) connection. In the moment I have installed only the ODBC driver 8.015 from Oracle on my computer.
1. Exactly what do I need to download and then to install to get PWS to work with ODBC and then over internet to the Oracle9i database server. I have tried to install only the ODBC driver 8.015 with the universal installer and then to configure. No results.
It is necessary to install the whole Oracle client (598 MB download). I had read some postings on this site and found one talking about downloading an Oracle 9i pure Client file. Where can I find this file to download.
2. The configuration of the ODBC driver. I don“t know, how to connect the driver to the database at the other end of the internet connection. Must it be a System-DNS or a File-DNS (german: Datei-DNS) in the ODBC-Configurator from Windows. The only informations I have given from the database are:
Internetadress: db-labor.xxxxxxxx.de
Portnumber : 0000 (changed)
Protocoll : TCP
Databasename : testdb
Username : GROUP1
Password : xxxxxx
Whow can I create an ODBC connection with this informations?
3. Do I need more Software like
Oracle Provider for OLE DB or
Oracle9iAS Migration Kit for ASP
to run ASP sites on my PWS?
Yes, I know, a lot of questions but I m a newbie in Oracle databases.
Thanks
Harvey
