PWA app does not show on localhost

Hi,

I'm testing PWA applications, but am not able to start sample app on a localhost (which, by documentation should work, regardless of SSL).
On Windows 11, Edge 141.0.3537.99, Oracle XE 21, APEX 23.2.19, ORDS 20.4, trying to run sample application APEX PWA Reference, but get “The connection to this site is not secure”.

How can I run PWA application on a localhost, for testing purposes?
