Hello,
We are having problems with the delivery of Push Notifications in APEX 23.1, they are staying in the Queue table with the error "ORA-29260: network error: TNS:operation timed out”
After placing a Proxy Server in Shared Components -> Application Definition the error goes to ORA-29261: bad argument. Could there be a wrong definition on the proxy server on the host or port?
