Push Notifications in Oracle APEX

Hi All,

I have developed an android app using cordova phonegap in Oracle APEX 4.2 with 12c db.

I searched for it and got some details about salesforce apex push notifications.

My Question is will it be possible to have push notifications(as many native app. does) in my apex hybrid app?
