Hi everybody,

i need help on PRAGMA RESTRICT_REFERENCES.
why oralce kept restrictions on accessing packaged variables inside a function.
iam not be able to clear with this point(RNPS,WNPS).

can any body give me clear idea on this.
why oracle kept restrictions on accessing and performing actions on packaged variables inside a function?
