Purging archive logs

Hi ALL,

EBS R12.2

OL6.5

I have primary and standby database. At primary when I do full rman backup daily and crosscheck backup delete obsolete, the old archivelogs are purged.

But on the standby side I do the same thing but the archivelogs are not purged, hence I get a disk full issue. Why is this so?

How do I purge the archivelogs automatic at standby database?
