We recently had a OCI Tenancy transfer from vendor to another. I am not sure if it is due to that but our POs are not being transmitted from our on-prem EBS to Oracle Business Network. For reference: we have 2 Punchouts configured for Exchange and 1 as Direct cXML.
None of the configuration was changed, what could be the issue?
The error I get on the Transaction Monitor page is Authentication Failure.
