Pulling a particular workbook a fully exported EUL (.eex file)

I believe I know the answer to this - but hope springs eternal ...

I backed up an EUL fully and in the log, I can see the Disco report that I want. Of course, in the meantime, the Oracle instance has been wiped with PROD stuff.

So, of course, I should have saved the report to the filesystem, but my dog was sick ... the cat ate my report ... I missed the bus ... I couldn't find a phone that worked ...

Okay, no good excuse, but is there any way of just pulling the one workbook from the full EUL backup?

I don't believe there is but just wanted to check if I'm missing something here.

Of course, we're talking Stone Age stuff as well - Disco 4.x.
