PUH promotion takes long time

hello all,

i created a planning unit heirarchy, and when trying to promote from any user of any entity, the promotion takes around 5 minutes to complete.

note that i have other PUH in the system, and they promote within 1 second.

even when trying to promote with admin user, also takes around 5 minutes.

what is causing this issue ?

any help would be great.
