Hello, I'd like to ask where and how exactly should I ask for the creation of a PTR record for my domain? I am unable to use the chat inside of OCI, as I have a free account, and I've tried a number of options in the My Oracle Support web-app, but all the options I choose tell me that I don't have any services in that sphere, and I should choose one where I do have a relevant product. As such, I don't really know where else I can ask but here - where should I ask for the creation of a PTR record?
I'm also very sorry if this isn't the correct sub-forum to post this topic in, but I'm quite genuinely stunned by the difficulty of this process.
