I am using Oracle 11GR2 (11.2-0.4) on SUN SPARC. I have Oracle streams installed. Source is RAC and target is standalone, Planning to patch latest July PSU patch. Has anyone encountered issues on this? Is it better to patch the Source first then the target or vice versa (both in 11 STREAMS configured ? Or would it be best to shutdown both database in source and target, and applying the PSU patches?
