PST date time convert into IST (india) date time

Hi ,

I have PST date and time ,this should be convert into India IST time zone.

have date format and same format should get in as IST .

PST date and time => SELECT '10-DEC-18 06.12.26.516401 AM' FROM DUAL.

Please help.
