PSPB Decision Package Unable to Enter Data against a newly created account member

Hello Everyone,

I am new to PSPB Decision Package. Recently as per the client requirement we have added two members in the account dimension. While retrieving the data through smart view as an Admin against those two members i am getting cells as grey out. Please let me know if there is anything i am missing.
