PSAPI.DLL + javaw.exe processes

--Case 1
When installing "AS windows x86 forms & reports 101202" I received the errors that
"The procedure entry point GetProcessImageFileNameW could not be located in the dynamic link library PSAPI.DLL".
--What is wrong?

--Case2
After I applied patch p4960210_10122_WINNT.zip,
and the process service has started. The server will start more and more javaw.exe processes, why?
