PSAPI.DLL installation error

Hi there,

Can someone please help me with the installation of Developer Tools for .NET?

I've already browsed the forums for help and none of the suggestions solve the problem.

I have a clean install of Oracle 10g in c:\oracle\product\10.2\client_1

The installation of ODT and ODAC defaults to a new home - "c:\oracle\product\10.2\client_1" but the installation gives me the following error:

The procedure entry point GetProcessImageFileNameW could not be located in the dynamic library PSAPI.DLL

and then acts as if the installation is successful but when trying to access Oracle Application Debugging I get "Package has failed to load properly".

If someone could give me the solution to this I would be very grateful.
