We recently implemented ERMS into our CRM system. When we go to open attachments, we typically are greeted with a blank screen depending on the type of attachment. Excel either has a blank grid, error in opening, PDFs get an error or are blank, and images don't show and in Firefox, display a "[picture] cannot be displayed due to errors". Has anyone else experienced activity like this? Thanks in advance!
