Proxy server IIS6.0 not working.

Hello All,

I am using IIS6 as my webserver and weblogic 10.3 as application server. I have followed the oracle notes to configure the IIS as proxy server but I missed IISforward.dll and web.config file in my website so may be because of these two my webserver unable to proxy the requests to the back end server. I heard from one of my senior engineer that we can configure IIS as proxy server with out using IISforward.dll. my question, Is it possible that IIS will proxy the requests to the weblogic ? what is the role of IISforward.dll ? if I need web.config file please provide what i have to wrote in that file give me a sample example.
