Proxy And Microsoft Exchange 5.5`

I have setup the Sun ONE Proxy 3.6 and using all the default setting provided. However, as I use the specified proxy setting to access Microsoft Exchange 5.5 (from internal network) by using IE, the specified INBOX, and other related links do not display and shown in the browser at all. is there anyone out there have faced the similar problem, adn how can I solve it? Please help.
