provisioning roles from OIM to AD

Hi,

Scenario :

We have few roles in OIM, which will be assigned as a birth right roles to the users. When users are assigned to the roles, this roles should be provisioned to that user in Active Directory.

Is there a way to accomplish this in OIM 11g R2 PS2.

Any suggestions will be greatly helpful.
