Provisioning for HFM App for data extract

Hello Everyone,

Can you please help. I have EPM 11.1.2.3 and using FDMEE i am loading data from HFM application to a planning application. Can you please advise is provisioning HFM "Application Administrator" access to the user is the only way to load data from HFM application to a planning application or is there is a ROLE that I can select in HFM provisioning for the user.
