Provider not found in VBA - Ora XE

I've recently installed the Oracle 11g XE and linked it up with SQL Developer. SQL Developer connected succesfully. I've created a Data source by connecting to the Ora 11g XE database.

When I try to connect to the database in excel VBA I get an error that the provider is not found.

This is the connectionstring that fails:

conStr = "Provider=OraOLEDB.Oracle;Password=mypw;User ID=system;Data Source=xeML"

I've tried to regsvr32 oraoledb11.dll and its successfull

I've checked in Environement variables and looks fine

I've spammed google and cannot find a solution. Even downloaded a ODAC and installed it on my PC.

I have 2 harddiscs. 1 SSD and 1 HDD.

Oracle 11g XE is installed on HDD and my SQL Developer is installed on my SSD.

Both are 64-bit windows.

Please help me ! I'm lost!
