Hello everyone,
We have a requirement to provide a customized link in Oracle alert. When the user clicks the link, it should open the browser and navigate to Order Information Portal and navigate to specific sales order which we customize in the link. By the way, we use the Single sign-on service to login into EBS.
Please let me know the possibility of how good to go for any customization.
