I am one of the DBAs at my Organization. Someone in the Company who is not a member of the group nor a member of IT, has requested access to Oracle support to be able to create SR for a project they are working on.We have resisted to this point and have created SRs on their behalf, but now it has been escalated all the way to the top and to our CIO. What I am seeking from the Oracle community is, what are the risks of allowing someone to have Oracle support access via our support accounts? One of our concerns is that the sensitive information contained in our SRs about our Oracle systems can be viewed.
Sincerely,
Scotia
