Pros and Cons in the different technologies to build a custom UI for OIM 11gr2 ps2

Hello,

I am working on a project involving OIM 11gr2 PS2 with OIM-OAM integration.

The client wants a custom UI to reset password, create user, and request application roles (for the purpose of SSO).

I am not familiar with the technologies to build that custom UI, but have heard of Obno, PHP, or extending the ootb API using ADF.

What are the pros and cons in selecting the technologies to build the custom UI?
