In the current WACS-OFS Integration, when the work is done in OFS and sent to WACS, the Activity's lifecycle has been configured to set the Activity from In Progress to Finished to Execute Completion Events to Completed Status. We have had some recent pushback that the Activity, while still executing the Completion Events such as creating Service Histories, should only be progressed from In Progress to Finished Status. That would then still allow charges to be accumulated and back office stuff like as-builts to be completed. I look at it as Finished is finished in the field and Completed as the paperwork is done. (Keeping in mind there are WM Master Config parameters controlling the creation of Stock Issues, Timesheets, and ODCs against Completed Activities.)
I am looking for feedback from you all as to the acceptance of this change. I think the only customers directly affected as they are using the integration in production are TriState @gina-miller and St. Pete @samanthamooren-stpete.
