Prompt based on another prompt.

I have a few questions regarding report development in OBIEE
1. Is it possible to change the values of the prompt depending on the value chosen in another prompt? If so how?
2. I need to populate two static values to a drop down prompt like 'Hi' and 'hello'. These values are not available in any tables. How do I do this?

More explanation to my question

I need a prompt saying monthly or yearly reports

Depending on the users choice the next prompt should a list of months or a list of years.
