Promoting Oracle BI Publisher 11g Reports from Development to UAT

Hi,

I am new to Oracle BI Publisher. I would like to know what different ways we can use to promote reports developed in development region to UAT region. Also i would like to know after promoting how we can give end users access to view and run the report.

Please provide detailed steps in acheiving the above said functionality(Good to have screen shot if possible).
