Project - custom script after APEX install

I think this is not currently supported. So just to verify.

We can get customer scripts run after objects and code has been installed. Then once that is completed APEX app is installed.

There is no way to get a custom script created through stage to be run after the APEX-apps are installed?

Or am I missing an option for that to be possible?
