ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When importing Project Billing Event via FBDI.
The Load Interface import succeeds but billing is not populated in the interface and on UI.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
If import succeeds, the Billing Event should be populated in the Interface table with the imported values.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Load Billing Event into interface table.
1. Whenever I tried to load the project billing events in the system Job Load Interface File for Import, (47426) successfully completing every time with the attached data file template.
2. But Data is not processing into interface table (PJB_BILLING_EVENTS_INT) even though job getting completed.
3.In log and output file also there is no error message and Record processed count is 0
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot properly import Project Billing Events.
Please help on the same.
