Prohibit collapsing code blocks with a plus

Working!Jun 14 2012 — edited Jul 23 2012
Hello. I'm using SQL Developer 3.1.07.42 for win32. As I remember the version, that includes jdk.

Sometimes, not everytime, when I press "+" sign that usually collapses code blocks (like big selects) SQL Developer freezes, doesn't respond to any keys and eats 24% of my CPU.
And it doesn't stop.
The main problem with this situation - sometimes it is hard to fiind texts from sql worksheets, that were open. I have to search through sql history.

Does anybody know any workaround for this situation?
The best way for me - to turn of "+" sign for collapsing code blocks - I'm not using it. But I cannot find such thing in preferences. Does anyone know where it is?

Any another solution that will prevent such behavior will also be great.
