profile resource- PASSWORD_VERIFY_FUNCTION

Hi,

I want to check any PASSWORD_VERIFY_FUNCTION exist in our database. When I query against dba_profiles, limit value for PASSWORD_VERIFY_FUNCTION is null for all profiles. I want to attach a default function exist in 12c database for resource name PASSWORD_VERIFY_FUNCTION.
