Currently working in Oracle (RightNow) console under Data Admin>Products/Categories/Dispositions, I made changes adding a new product line and a few new categories. When I go onto the End-user Portal that employees use, I am unable to see these changes. I have made sure that all boxes for visibility are checked for both Admin & End-user. How do I push the changes through for the End-user to see on the portal online?
