Production application

Hey,
I’ve created a patient-facing application on Code Cerner and successfully tested it using the sandbox users provided by Oracle. I have a few questions before moving forward:

  1. Production environment:

How can I manage or deploy a production application? Do I need to create a new app specifically for production, or can I promote my existing sandbox app?

2. Multiple clinics/hospitals: How can I enable my app to work across different clinics and hospitals?
Should I be using the following endpoint list for that? millennium_patient_r4_endpoints.json
